CHIROPRACTIC PLAN

Members, their spouses, and legal dependents can receive chiropractic care at special rates from contracted Doctors of Chiropractic throughout the USA. Members present their ID card to a participating provider to receive benefits including a free initial consultation and savings up to 50 percent on x-rays and all diagnostic services. This plan is administered by UHS Chiropractic.

HEARING PLAN

Members, their spouses and legal dependents can take advantage of affordable hearing care at 2,600 Beltone providers nationwide. Benefits include a free hearing test and a 15 percent discount on hearing aids. Mail order services, available in most states, offer additional benefits including repair services and savings of up to 60 percent on most hearing aid brands and auditory devices.

Members have round-the-clock access to Registered Nurses who can answer questions or provide direction regarding almost any health care concern. One call provides access to physician-approved guidelines on topics such as diagnostic procedures, acute conditions, non-medical support groups and more. Members can also receive information on over 1,100 health-related topics via pre-recorded messages.
