Cheryl Campbell Comments about AD&D Insurance provided by Members Insurance, Inc.: As stated in Progeny Marketing Innovation's Quarterly Newsletter "PARTNERS in Success" Winter 2000 issue; In the demanding Credit Union industry, theory gives way to reality. So when BECU Financial Services (BECUFS) partners with a company, it looks for value-added products that are easy for members to use and easy for the credit union to administer. Products must prove their worth. That's why BECUFS focused on results when it chose PMI to manage its first-ever AD&D Insurance program. BECU Financial Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of Boeing Employees' Credit Union, headquartered in Tukwila, Washington, outside Seattle. With more than 255,000 members and over $2.8 billion in assets, it's the largest financial cooperative in Washington State and one of the largest credit unions in the nation. Results were impressive, indeed. BECUFS' initial mailing last May took off with a $4.85 Premium Per Name Mailed. A follow-up mailing brought in an additional 96% increase in premiums. Cheryl Campbell, BECUFS's Member Insurance Manager, affirmed, "In a time when not many people are able to produce the results that they promise, PMI really backed up what they said they would do." Answering the call button. BECUFS put PMI at the controls for enhanced service, too. "Our staff wants to be able to talk to someone right away when we have questions," Cheryl maintains, "and Chris Tyler, our PMI account manager, is always there to answer our questions and make it easier for us to follow through with our day-to-day duties." Service truly is a priority, agrees Chris. "When we wanted a quick overview of how well their mailing was doing, we provided preview reports, then followed up with our regular, detailed reports. And our transition to dedicated client managers and production managers will raise the bar for service even higher." As BECUF's Cheryl Campbell emphasizes, "PMI is always willing to accommodate special requests effectively and efficiently." While not every credit union is as large as BECUFS, that's the kind of service each PMI client can expect us to provide. |
