FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  1. If your own vehicle, or the one that you are purchasing, has one month and 1,000 miles remaining on the full basic manufacturer's warranty, it is eligible for a new car bumper-to-bumper exclusionary warranty.

  2. Vehicles up to 7 years of age or with up to 75,000 miles on the odometer are eligible for an extended warranty at the time of purchase.

  3. All warranties are valid in the United States and Canada and are guaranteed policies.

  4. All policies are transferable for a $100 fee.

  5. Policies can be cancelled.  Refunds are made for the unused portion's pro-rated value and are based on the larger amount of time or miles.

  6. Vehicles can be taken to any dealer or repair facility that is licensed to do business in the U.S. or Canada.

  7. New car policies run concurrently with the basic manufacturer's warranty.  At the expiration of the manufacturer's warranty, the extended warranty takes over 100%.

  8. Member only pays the deductible at the time of a covered repair.

  9. Factory warranties like GM or Ford require you to bring the vehicle to them for all repairs.

  10. Some warranties specify that you must bring the vehicle to the specific location where you bought the policy for all repairs. (Ours do not)

  11. The Lender is the lien holder on our policies.  Unless the borrower elects to pay for the policy by cash, check or credit card.
